The VAS fair will be held this fall on Monday 4 and Tuesday 5 November from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the Beursfabriek in Nieuwegein. The Beursfabriek is located at Symfonielaan 5, 3438EX, Nieuwegein. It promises to be a fun and inspiring butcher’s event again for entrepreneurs and her employees. This year’s theme is “Meat is a gift”.

Cheeky and playful with a nod to the industry. The exhibitors do everything they can to show visitors the latest products and services. Again, the professional competitions take a prominent place and the visitor is inspired by various activities.

On November 4 the final of the “Best butcher shop of the Netherlands 2019” will take place. On November 5, the award ceremony of various professional competitions and the announcement of the winner of the KNS competition for the Lekkerste Bal Mince is announced.
